  1. Withdrawal requests are processed thrice a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays. Please ensure that your withdrawal request is made before 11 AM GMT to be eligible for current period.
  2. Minimum Withdrawal request is GBP £50 and only one withdrawal request will be processed in a week.
  3. Any winnings derived from the free money is not eligible for withdrawal.
  4. Upon Players first deposit, any cash balance from the free money, over £20 will be reset to 100% match of the players first deposit in addition to any other bonuses taken.
  5. Players must deposit a minimum of GBP £25 prior to requesting a withdrawal.
  6. Bonus Deal : Deposit plus bonus awarded must be wagered THREE (3) times on bingo games or EIGHT(8) times on casino games prior to requesting a withdrawal. If a player plays any game other than bingo,slots, keno, or scratch offs,than the play through amount will be 40 times the deposit plus bonus.
  7. Cash Deal : Deposit plus bonus awarded must be wagered FOUR (4) times on bingo games or TEN (10) times on casino games prior to requesting a withdrawal. ONLY CASH play is considered for playthru requirement.
  8. 1.To check your play through just click on the reports tab from the main lobby, than click on the reconcile tab. Enter the date and time of last deposit and reconcile play through. If you need help calculating the play through, please contact live help, or open a support ticket.
    2.Initial wagering on Bingo games will be deducted from the cash balance (Bank + Winnings). When the cash balance is insufficient, wagering is deducted from the Bonus Balance.
  9. Maximum monthly withdrawal limit on bingo game winnings is GBP £5000 (£1250 per week) and on casino game winnings is GBP £1000 (£250 per week)
  10. Redemption flow backs are not considered as new deposits and will not be eligible for bonus.
  11. When a withdrawal request is placed players will forfeit BB’s in their account up to the value of remaining “Cash Balance.” Example: Player A has £100 cash in account and £150 in BBs. Player A withdraws £50 cash leaving £50 cash in account. Player A's BBs will be reduced to 50.
  12. Management reserves the right to request for identification documents in order to ensure that withdrawal amount reaches the right person, Identification proof such as proof of ID (Passport or Driving Licence) and current proof of residential address (phone bill or similar). These details MUST match the details listed in their account profile (name, address, phone number and email address). Use of invalid contact details may result in closure of account and all winnings will be forfeited. The documents can be sent by email to accounts@funbingonetwork.co.uk.   13. Approved Withdrawal requests will be reimbursed to the Credit/Debit Card which players have used to fund their accounts with in 3 business days of approval. If a player has used Ukash or Paysafe to deposit a cheque will be sent by mail. The charge for sending out a cheque, (£5.00) will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
  14. Management reserves the right to deny a withdrawal request if a player has not funded his/her account prior to 30 days.
  15. As per industry standard withdrawals of £500 or greater may be subjected to a longer processing period and paid as scheduled by management.
  16. We recommend that players visit the rules page on a regular basis. Management reserves the right to edit the site Rules without prior notice.
